About this deal

In this book she explains how she and others she has met have worked on and overcome their trauma through mindfulness. I have practiced mindfulness and meditation for years (off and on) but did not know how to use it in a way to help myself. But when it’s excruciating, and you want to break windows or pour coffee on your keyboard, aim for a thirty-second endpoint. In this book, I wish to gather together the practices I have found most helpful on the journey to healing and share them openly.I created Flowers In The Dark in part because when I first got sick, I couldn’t find any resources that could convince me I wasn’t going crazy.
